Built in 1960 our house is surrounded by the vineyards and hills of Bolgheri. Refurbished this year to provide 3 self-contained apartments on the first floor each with panoramic views over the surrounding countryside.
The gardens are pleasant, fresh and shaded and equipped with BBQ and childrens playground.
The apartments are reached by a communal staircase at the center of the house and each apartment has TV. independant heating and air conditioning, sheets, bedcovers and kitchen equipment.
