The apartment is located in the center of Rio Marina (indicated by the arrow in the picture) approx. 50 m. from the waterfront.
It has been completely refurbished this winter and all the furnishings, fixtures and fittings are new.

It provides accommodation for up to 6 people in comfort and is equipped with colour tv. fridge/freezer, microwave, pots, pans, plates and cutlery.
The bedrooms  have pillows and bed covers. Bed linen and towels are not included but they can be rented from us at a cost of 7 Euro per person.
