Exit the SuperStrada SS1 Aurelia at DONORATICO.
Turn right at first roundabout, following the signs for Castagneto Carducci, over the highway/railway flyover to the T-junction.

At the Junction turn left, following the sign for Livorno for about 1 km.
Take the third right
(a dirt track road) proceed 300m. and the house will be visible on the left.
