The House
The house is a large 18th. century farmhouse situated in the plains of Castagneto Carducci, that we have been converting over the last few years, There are now several completely independent spacious apartments available for rent.

There is large courtyard suitable for sunbathing and relaxing.
The apartments are furnished in early 20th. century style.

The house is surrounded by olive trees, vineyards and farm land, and is reached by it's own cypress tree lined driveway through the vines.

Locally we are:
8 Km. from the hilltop town of Castagneto Carducci.
3 km. from the town of Donoratico where the shops, weekly market and railway station are to be found.
1 Km from a horse riding stables.
3.5 Km from the beach of Marina di Castagneto, Winner of the Blue Flag clean beach award for the second year running.

Exit highway at DONORATICO. Turn right at first roundabout, following the signs for Castagneto Carducci, over the highway/railway flyover to the T-junction. At the Junction turn left, following the sign for Livorno for about 1 km. Take the third right (a dirt track road) proceed 300m. and the house will be visible on the left. Directions Map
