The house is located on the edge of a wood, in an olive grove and has just been completely refurbished using, as much as possible, the original materials. The atmosphere of life lived in other times exudes from the stone walls. The silence, the peacefulness of the location and the perfumes of the countryside will surround you, letting you enjoy a really special holiday. The hamlet of San Dalmazo is 4 minutes away by car or a 6 minute walk down ancient street and the rock of Silliano.
The house consists of three apartments:
1. Ground Floor: Entrance through a wrought iron and glass atrium, shared with the apartment on the first floor. One door leads to the kitchen - living room with the original fireplace in the corner. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom. 4 beds.
2. One enters through the atrium and climbs the original brick stairs to get to the first floor apartment. There is a large living room, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. 2 beds + sofa bed in living room.
3. The third apartment is in an outbuilding at the front of the house. The entrance is via the veranda which leads into a large kitchen - living room. From the living one has access to the bedroom ad bathroom. 4 beds, (2 in the bedroom and 2 sofa beds in the living room).
The house can be rented whole or as single apartments for 2/4 people. Price by arrangement.
